We help all our customers get started, and we guide you through the entire onboarding process to make it as easy as possible for you. We are happy to have a completely non-binding conversation first if you are curious and want to hear more.

Create a profile at celeri.today. Here, you’ll enter your email, company name, address, and organization number. The profile should be created by the person responsible for finance at your company.

3. Add employees

After you have entered the employees' names and emails in Celeri, they will fill out the rest themselves in the Celeri app. Here, they also get an overview of earned salary. And just relax; we have of course created a simple instruction for them. If anyone gets stuck, just let us know, and we will fix it.


  1. Connect to accounting systems Celeri integrates with the accounting system you already use and automatically retrieves salary amounts and tax information. The payments are reported automatically in the accounting system. Tax and AGA are paid as usual once a month. You can therefore continue to do what you usually do – Celeri is just an additional feature.


  2. Run payroll! From here, it takes care of itself. Employees have full visibility in the app and choose payment frequency; salary every day, weekly, or something in between – the employees decide how often they want to receive salary payments.

    Celeri automatically holds back 50% of earned wages until a fixed day each month, but this can be adjusted as needed. Hourly employees can log their shifts in the app and request payments, which managers can approve with a simple click.


  3. Still good liquidity Payments occur in connection with earned salary, so flexible salary payment does not need to affect other financial obligations. If you still wish to strengthen liquidity in connection with real-time salary payments, we have a collaboration with Aprila Bank to offer flexible credit solutions. Either to cover short-term liquidity needs or as an integrated part of Celeri for a completely seamless experience.


  4. Flexible pricing model Flexibility is in our backbone, and our pricing models reflect that. Therefore, we have two different pricing models, both designed to be transparent and easy to adapt to your company's needs. No hidden fees or additional costs in either of them, of course.

    Fixed: A fixed fee per employee for predictable costs.

    Flex: Payment per transaction, so you only pay when employees use Celeri.


  5. Enjoy the effect of real-time salary Real-time salary provides more motivated and productive employees, in addition to being a significant draw in recruitment processes. Surveys show that as many as 79% would switch to an employer that offers real-time salary! Not so surprising, really, as it gives employees much greater financial security and freedom.
